Dissatisfaction on food quality

I once wroye a review on this same Hungry Lion outlet. The one in Umphakhathi mall in Mohlakeng.The previous one was on the rudeness i experienced when i came woth my daughter towards closing time to get dinner. Now jist yesterday as im not staying far from the mall,my wife went with my daughter as I was busy to quickly go and grab dinner..basically wings and 6 piece with chips. We were all so dissapointed with the food as it was not fresh,im not sure if it is the spice,cooking time,the skill or chicken itself but something was not right,the meat seemed like it was just warmed after being cooked 10 hours ago. I want to continue supporting your business as it is convinient in terms of distance and im not fighting or destructively criticizing you,all im asking for is that u teach your staff professionalism and better their skill through constant training. If something maybe take them to benchmark or train in Protea mall outlet ,that is the best Hungry Lion ever,i used to drive there but its far. Village mall in town is also far so u remain the convinient outlet for me however the food now seem to be a problem that meat was like a cardbox. Please find a way to keep me and my family in a pool of your customers through an innovative way in your daily operations. Regards
