Dissapointing

This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked into the establishment, it was obvious that the staff had no interest in their work or in providing even basic service. The place was noticeably filthy, and it was clear that very little effort is put into maintaining cleanliness or creating a welcoming environment.

After placing my order, I waited over 30 minutes with no communication from the staff. During this time, multiple customers who ordered after me received their food first. When I questioned this, I was met with disrespect and frustration instead of assistance.

The food itself was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered 10 chicken fingers and 6 chicken fingers, and the difference between the two portions was shocking. The batch of 10 was clearly fresh, while the batch of 6 looked old—possibly left over from the previous day. The appearance and texture made it obvious that they were reheated or served just to get rid of old stock.

Overall, I would not recommend visiting this Hungry Lion Alberton City. The service is poor, the environment is unclean, and the food is not prepared with any care or regard for customer satisfaction. It genuinely feels like the staff are only there to collect a paycheck, not to provide a proper dining experience.
