Dissapointed and disrepected

I received bad customer service at Hungry Lion Bellville the one in Voortrekker road, I got to the store and ask the teller for Zamba chicken which she advised that I'll have to wait if I want it, I then said I'm in a hurry so I'd rather take something else and I ordered a Dixie burger and she said I shouldn't have to wait for that, I waited on the side where you collect your orders but the lady on the collection side blatantly ignored me, my friend that had already received her chicken tried calling the lady to let her know that we've been waiting for a burger for more than 10 minutes, all the lady did was to repeat what we said and imitated our accents in a sarcastic manner and she then rolled her eyes and carried on with what she was doing, we tried to call her again and she ignored us, I then asked to speak to a manager they called Samantha from the back, a lady showed up with no sense of urgency and looking irritated, I asked them to cancel the order and just give the money back, they did. By the time I was done there I had wasted 20 minutes of my lunchtime and still I didn't get the food. I called customer service yesterday, spoke to a lady called Nox or something, they promised to get back to me but till today I haven't got an update.
