Dishonest staff

Yesterday I asked my boyfriend to get some hungry lion before our shift started at 5pm. We left home early enough so that we could have something to eat before we start work. He placed the order Number 154 and he was advised that there is no waiting period on the spicy chicken. It had been 24mins of waiting so he goes back to the cashier and asks where our food is. He was the advised that there is a 13mins waiting period from the time he went to ask. He then asked if he can speak to a manager because at this point we had to leave and get Back to work. He was told that there is not a manager to assist him. Whether that was true or not, that type of service is not acceptable. We had to go to work without having a meal to eat. The staff and Parow center Hungry Lion is very unprofessional and this is not okay. I would like this matter to be dealt with as we are regular customers.
