Disgusting service and wrong order

The worst service ever. We bought 20 sticky wings from the Hungry Lion in Tshwane Regional Mall in Mamelodi. The service was disgusting, however we got our order and came home. Only to arrive home to finding normal wings, called the customer service and was helped by Amanda and Ayabonga who then advised that we go back to the store for a refund as we didn't want an order change which is a 20 minute drive from where I was. Arriving at the store the cashier that initially helped us was frustrated with them repeatedly giving out wrong orders and she humbly assisted by calling Samson who was the very rude and *********** shift manager who didn't even bother apologizing for the inconvenience and further spoke to one of the staff members saying it's not his fault but Kgaugelo's fault (a team member supposedly?). This left a very distasteful feeling, never again to buy from the brand, there are too many unemployed people who earnestly need employment and who would respect the fact that they were given an opportunity to work
