Disgusting Service

I had visited the Randburg Square branch today 20th Aug at approx 14.40 to order there Wednesday Wing special whereby according for R99 for 20 R129 for 30 so on ... Get to the till point the cashier nor the manager of the store knew anything about it . Ask him to check with the head office and according to him his area manager had said it's can't be processed. I contacted the regional Manager by the name of Surprise that has no knowledge that a price a client see is a price a client pays . He laughed at me and gave over the fone to someone by the name Ayanda or Asanda and non of them have any knowledge of what's on the internet. I'm extremely perturbed by there lack of knowledge and service . Sad thing I visit that store at least 3 times in the month . The service in our country is disgusting at the moment. Large companies like you guys really must train your staff . If Surprise is your Regional Manager then he'll your business is going to close very soon. He needs training in etiquette and information and how to deal with customers .
