Disgusting service

I had the most horrific exprience at exprience in your Airport mall branch it happened just a couple of minutes ago. I was standing in the line maintaining my sosial distance when a drunkard client stood ontop of me and i informed him to please stand further away sosial distancing and all. This rude drunk client asked me do i have corona and then splurred profanties in the store. The one staff member laughed for previous profanity this client uttered and did not do anything about it. While waiting for my ice cream i asked for the manager to my surprise the same person who thought this to be funny was the manager. Now i want to know what type of people do you hire as managers and why dont they follow the rules that the government has put into place. This is one of the reasons i hate airport mall for the vulguar and *********** people they have in their stores. I am so angry at this so called manager.
