Disgusting customer service!

Your customer service is pathetic! You let the guy stand in your line for over 1hr asking him what he wants when I wrote down exactly what it is I wanted to order, we then spoke to you and told you what we wanted and still you didnt process the damn order, 30mins later we called our guy to ask he gives you the phone you then you asked what we wanted? Is it nice to waste peoples time? I called the number on your website got through to your damn call centre, when you rude agent just dropped the damn line, I called again it rang out, the third time the agent tells me you offline? If this is what you call customer service then clearly you in the wrong damn industry! The audacity of the first agent to tell me to go back to store, do I look like a damn clown? I will take this further!
