am absolutely appalled by the experience I had with Hungry Lion Kraaifontein. I purchased a 21-piece chicken bucket, expecting a family meal, but instead, I was met with a health violation. Upon opening the bucket and starting to eat, I discovered a fried fly embedded in the batter of the chicken. This is a massive lapse in basic hygiene and food safety standards. It is completely unacceptable to serve contaminated food to paying customers. I have lost my appetite and my trust in this branch. Required Resolution: I am not looking for an apology or a "replacement" meal from the same kitchen. I want a full reimbur*****t for this order immediately.
