Disappointing Service at Gandhi Square Branch

I visited Hungry Lion at Gandhi Square this past Saturday (21 February 2026), and despite it not even being a particularly busy day, the service was extremely slow. Only one lady was working the till, handling a line that stretched outside, while other staff remained at the back and didn’t assist. The machine wasn’t sending orders, which added to the delay. Beyond staffing logistics, it seemed like staff morale or responsiveness needs serious improvement. I hope management prioritizes better teamwork and support so the customer experience can match expectations.
