Disappointing service and old food

Received poor service, they lost my order behind the counter and when i kindly asked for them to check they said its not here. Numerous burgers just stood on the counter as they were serving people who bought that came far after me. Very disrespectful staff who talk nonsense about the waiting customers in Xhosa as they thought i dont understand xhosa. Finally almost after an hour a manager came and when i checked the burger the roll was stale because it was busy crumbing already. Super disappointing customer service and disrespectful staff who helps their own people first. I want someone to email me so i can show them who is the disrespectful staff and how they let the burgers get cold
