Disappointing Exoerience at Hungry Lion

I went to the fast food store yesterday 14th July 2024 cheerfully telling them I'm a usual customer and would love to have Sunday lunch here at the store in cleary park port elizabeth, I was excited asking where's the other that usually serve me are they off today the cashier said yes wasn't long and I received my order ,my excitement gone just total disappointment, I told them I don't eat wings ,usually I get a different piece cause neither me nor my husband eat wings but to my astonishment the wi g was so tiny as well as all the other pieces, I went back to the counter asking them.to change the pieces cause how can I pay for this kinda chicken a whole R140 rand for my order so small it looks like half pieces and the chips as well as the chicken were icr cold ,the chips were half packets and it wasn't fresh seems it was fried hours before ,the staff wasn't friendly only the 1st cashier that went to cash up after serving me they were irritatedand just wanted to get home not 1 of the customers with us received a serving tray because we were eating there ,the table wasn't wiped we had to use wipes. The lady mopping just stand with the mop knowing the tables dirty just rested her head on her hands holding the mop cleary disgusted cause we all eating there and she was mopping even shouted an old man for sitting were she just mopped and he apologized and sit at another table with his old age wife , she really was not pleased with us eatingthere the service was overall poor,the manager didn't even came when I asked fir her to discuss the cold food old half packets of chips and all of the cashier at that time just looked away serving some1 else ignoring me the packer first scratch in our food with her hands then only used a tung to remove and replace 1 piece ,I rather could've eaten at cabanas cause really that was suppose to be Sunday lunch for me and my husband we left dissatisfied and I was angry wishing the staff that was off Sharon's crew was working that day,I would not ever uo back again where staff aren't even.pleased to get customers ,the 1 customer even 7old her baby daughter about 7 years old eat quickly the people want to go home. Why must the child rush and she told Me and I could as well she didn't receive a tray as well no really paying for chicken that are cold and so small it can't even be called chicken Pieces and a wing same price as a piece that's not even half a wing with cold chips Soni had to go home and still cooked a meal for my husband even if we wanted to eat out and I recommended hungry.lion so No u won't see me again ,poor service, miserable chicken and chips ,dirty eating are a,no tray !!@ No Thanks
