Disappointed

I gave the branch yet another chance...still no change to the way they serve their dipped ice cream....this time ,my daughter and myself just took the ice cream and walked away.Half dipped, nothing like advertised. Just a pitty I did not even waste my energy to take a pic.

The staff is so not friendly at all. They look grumpy. I get it's hot and they all the time on their feet, but serving with a smile never hurt.

Guess, having a great franchise in the vacinity just leaves a bad taste and bad memories to be created with ones kid.
