dirty lion

Yesterday @06/03/2018 me and my cousin bought the tuesday two at hungry lion at delft mall. The place was full and filthy there was flies everywhere. We found a table but it was dirty and so was the rest of the available tables. I went back to the cashier and kindly asked for a cloth or for someone to come clean the table and the lady said okay, i went back and waited for 3 minutes full and no one came to help. I went again and spoke to someone else her name that was on her tag was wandi i asked her to come clean the table since she was not doing anything, she then said to me " cela aba bahleli phantsi bakncede" which means " ask for the stuff people thats sitting inside to help you" and then told her no ! Its her job to tell them. I asked for the manager because she had an attitude and being all rude, she didnt want me to explain what was happening . She explained herself to him and he called someone that was busy at the back to clean the tabled, when the lady came and the food was long time cold and didnt taste nice. Me and my cousin had the worst service ever. I must say it was terrible how the shop was and the flies
