Deeply disappointed in hungry lion

On the 12/04/2019 I went to hungry lion Bellville Middestad Mall around 14:51 I placed my order Big bite 3 Zamba no king size. Macaylin was the my cashier very sweet lady you can see she knows what she was doing I like her kindness immediately. My order went through and it come to me exactly what I have ordered thank you I rep****. I went to the table to eat the fesh fried chicken and chips you could feel the warmth inside as I opened the box then my disappointment come old oil or they fried too much chicken for the day in that oil because it's wasn't golden brown anymore, but lots of old fell off oil on the chicken it didn't look nice or eatable through I return the food immediately take my cash and go. After that I went to hungry lion Bellville Voortrekker road placed the same order and did get fresh chicken but this time with a angry cashier I took to food and eat while I was busy eating there then 3 ladies enter the sitting area and start cleaning well done but while they cleaning they start a loud screaming conversation which wasn't nice to enjoy your food and the one start drinking a score energy cool drink. I am deeply disappointed in hungry lion I wish them all the best but I had enough there is enough chicken places who sell fried chicken that I will buy from because I don't have a tree at home where my money grow on I work real hard.
