Continuous Horrific Experience

Absolutely horrible service at Hungry Lion Cape Gate. Over the past 6 times that i have bought there i have had a problem every time. Problems range from forgetting to give me my coleslaw after it is included in the meal bought. I was told that there was no more coleslaw and i agreed to take extra gravy and mash, the employees gave me attitude saying i cannot have it and after 10 minutes of them fighting amoung each other they eventually gave it to me (my food was cold by the time i received this. They play LOUD music and due to this they cannot take your order properly. I had to correct a lady 6 times with a simple meal order that i wanted before she called the manager because in her words "she couldn't hear and understand what i wanted". Today we order the double dixie CHEESE burgers and meals and to my surprise got home and all 3 the burgers i ordered had no cheese. I love the food but i am fed up with the horrible service given to paying customers. I hope to hear back from you with how to change the way they work.
