⭐ Disappointing Experience at Hungry Lion – Fingoland Mall, Butterworth

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at the Hungry Lion outlet at Fingoland Mall in Butterworth.

The first time I purchased two 2-piece meals, the chicken was very dry. To make matters worse, I was given two breast pieces, and the potato chips were cold.

Yesterday, I decided to give the outlet another chance and sent someone to purchase a 4-piece meal for me. Unfortunately, the experience was even more disappointing. The chicken was burnt, extremely dry and unpleasant to eat. The burnt taste was so strong that I could actually smell and taste the burnt meat. The meat was horrible and far below the quality I expected. The potato chips were also soggy and appeared to be undercooked.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but experiencing poor food quality on two separate occasions is very concerning. Customers are paying for food that should be fresh, properly prepared and enjoyable.

I was so disappointed with the quality of the food that I ended up throwing the meat away. I did, however, keep the receipt as proof of my purchase. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and looks into the food preparation and quality standards at this outlet.
