Confused customer

I normally buy hungry lion twise I month and always buy 5@2 pieces for me and my kids but my request will be drum and thighs I will always get my request at Bellville midderstad mall but when I go to Eersriver hungry lion they tell me I can't select the picess I want this is the second time if been put of at Eersriver hungry lion and I don't understand is all the hungry lions not the same I stay close to Eersriver but I will rather take taxi to Bellville to get what I'm paying for imagine coming home with the pisces my kids don't eat or myself then why do I buy 2 pieces then I can rather buy family meals we're they choose for you
