COMPLAINT TEXT

I am lodging this complaint regarding a very poor quality takeaway order from the branch of Hungry Lion which is located behind Shoprite in East London Town, Oxford Street on Monday evening. I don’t have the exact time and the slip of this purchase but because it was a card transaction I’m sure that will make things easier.

I purchased a Triple Big Boss Burger, but upon getting home, the item was substandard and unacceptable. 1. The Bun was Stale: The most concerning issue was that the entire bun was dry, hard, and clearly old/stale, making the burger inedible. 2. Missing Ingredients: Both the Lettuce and Tomato were completely absent from the burger. I paid for a quality product and received one that was severely compromised and missing key ingredients. I require urgent contact from Hungry Lion to arrange a full refund or a replacement of my meal at the earliest convenience.
