Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and False Trading Hours – Yeoville Branch

Dear Hungry Lion Customer Care,

I wish to raise a complaint about the service I received at your Hungry Lion Yeoville Raleigh Street on 19 September 2025.

I went to the store just before 6:00 pm to purchase 40 Zamba Spicy Wings. I was confident the branch would still be open since the displayed trading hours are 09:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. However, when I arrived, the staff refused to assist me for reasons that had nothing to do with me as a customer.

This was extremely disappointing and amounts to false advertising, as the store was still within its official trading hours. I attempted to escalate the matter to the branch manager, Mr. Surprise, but unfortunately he failed to assist me in his role as manager.

I respectfully request that this issue be investigated, and that corrective action is taken to ensure customers are not denied service during trading hours in the future. I would also appreciate feedback regarding the outcome of my complaint.
