Complaint - Hungry lion.

As the weekend started, we went to get Hungry lion for supper. Then when we collected our food, they already gave us short on our meal then we realized but they charged R5 for a dip (which we did not buy) and pocketed all the money for themselves. The card service was offline and only the cash service was working. When we waited to see the manager, the cashier that helped us told us that he is not at the shop at that moment. Ok, fine. When we got home and opened our boxes, we found that our chicken looked like dog food. There was just a few coatings on and one of the pieces was pulled out a piece of chicken. I mailed Hungry lion that very evening with a complaint and up until this hour, nobody has rep**** back to me. I will never buy a meal from them ever again.
