Complaint About Poor Service and Cold Food at Hungry Lion Promenade Mall

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the service I received at Hungry Lion Promenade Mall. On two separate occasions, I ordered the Munch Burgers x2 meals, and both experiences were disappointing.

Firstly, I waited almost 45 minutes for my order. When I asked why it was taking so long for mini burgers, I was told that the burgers take longer to cook. I understand waiting a little longer for fresh food, but the waiting time was excessive.

Secondly, when I eventually received my order, the food was cold. I ended up taking it home and heating it up myself, which obviously ruined the crunch of the burgers.

I was really unhappy with the level of service and food quality. I’ve only recently started buying from Hungry Lion, but after these experiences, I honestly don’t think I’ll be a returning customer.
