Complaint About Poor Service and Cold Food at Hungry Lion caledon victoria mall

On two seperate ocations i have recieved food from hungry lion in Caledon in the western cape.i went during my lunch when i went inside the cashier did not even acklowledge me they just continued doing what they were doing at a till and talking .a difrent person saw me while they came from the back and assisted .When i got back to work the box of wings felt cold to the touch when i opened it the wings was cold almost as if it was in a freezer from the night before.i had to reheat was was supposed to be fresh food as my lunch is not that long.i did not get my slip to provide a order number and i could not return to store as lunch time is limited.this is not the first time that i have recieved cold food .
