Complaint

I am very disappointed with your service at Hungry lion kenako Mall.. the service is very bad and they always delay orders because the staff is busy chatting while we waiting for our orders, their customer service lacks and they don’t know how to treat people. I have decided that I will never ever visit Hungry lion ever again, including my family today I had to ask for my refund after waiting for over 40 minutes for my order while the shop is empty and they had the audacity to say that they forgot to prepare my order I have to wait for another 10 minutes. I am very disappointed
