Cold food after Long wait

Waited for half hour to receive our food and when we got It, half of it was ice cold and we needed to warm it up in the microwave. The Chicken fingers was also half the size than usual. Lady who ordered before us was wanting to cancel her order also becuase of the wait.

Everytime we go to this branch there is a problem with the order. It's never done correctly and getting worse.
