Chicken hard as rock

I ordered my food at 19.59 at the store and only received it after 32 minutes which is pathetic. I take it away and I open the packet at home and what do I find ? My 2 chips are not in the box and to top it off the chicken is ****ing harding as a rock because god knows how long it been sitting there on the tray while your slow staff move and run like headless chickens to push out orders but are still *********** . I paid damn good money of R119 for my food and this is hideous what you serve . I can't even go back to the store because it's closed now , this ****** food deserves to be thrown in the bin!!! I want my order to be redone properly with my chips and fresher chicken!!! And I don't give a **** how you people do it , I want you departmental head to get in contact with me and apologize for this ******* you people are serving ! ****ing chicken is like rubber and like a ****** brick!! I am waiting hungry lion for your response!!
