Cashiers - bad service and attitudes!!

I am so upset and furious. After a busy day of shopping and grabbing a bite to eat, my daughter asked if we could have ice cream because I promised her a Unicorn Sundae. I went into your Hungry Lion store at Rondo Lane Town Centre in Mitchell's Plain and the cashier told me "there's no ice cream". We then left the store and stood outside waiting for my husband and out comes a lady and her children with ice cream. I went back in and asked the cashier but why did she say there's no ice cream? Then she started becoming rude and spoke in her language. I told her I was going to report her then she told me she is the manager. When I asked the rest of the staff if she was the manager, no one answered me. When I asked what her name was, still no one wanted to answer. This is not the first time we have received bad service from that store. Allot of people are complaining about poor service from Rondo Lane.
