Black Friday promo - No dipping sauce

Hungry Lion Greenacres Line was out the door took 15min to get to the counter to order then 35min on collection, swamped by overcrowded counter and people's trollies blocking inside the restaurant. No que control as people were flocking in and jumping que. The staff worked extremely hard today but unfortunately forgot my dipping sauces, and also requested original fillet with my burger, was given spicy. I expect to be given my full order for what I paid for and what was advertised.
