Beyond disgusted!

I went to buy three pieces at Hungry Lion Dlamini Junction. I requested a thigh, drumstick and any other additional piece apart from the wing.

The lady REFUSED to give the alternative piece that was there and said I must wait for meat thats still in the stove because I don't want the wing. She said she can't give me the piece thats there because its big. I told her that I'm at work, I cant wait for meat thats still being cooked. She refused I ended up leaving the store without food yet I paid

My order number is 1719. I believe this is ridiculously pathetic and unreasonable! I am not from Dlamini, I came all the way from Dobsonville and passed there as it was on route! I left the store with no food WHEN I PAID!!!! ALL I HAVE IS THE RECIEPT WITH NO FOOD!
