Best service from Hungry Lion specifically at Samtuli mall.

I'm soo disappointed with Debonairs Pizza specifically the one at sam tuli mall Katlehong. I came from work so hungry and i needed to buy fast food because I had no time to cook i arrived at Debonairs at 17h22 and 29 seconds i placed an order for beacon and meat my order was number 503 but i waited almost an hour while their busy calling order they skipped mine and call order 509

I became patient hoping it will soon arrive but the order kept on increasing, now i here them calling order 520 when I asked about my order the response was it Will arrive just wait. I waited but when they call orders still mine is not on the list they now orders for those who arrived after me and they didn't even have to wait for over 5 minutes, i ended up asking the guy who was calling orders "where's my order because I've been here so long" he's response was " wait for it they'll prepare it for you"

This tells me is not yet prepared, due to i was hungry tired and i didn't take bath from that time i came from work straight to Debonairs hoping it will be in and out i ended up leaving them with my order slip and went to hungry Lion to purchase new order. Great fully hungry Lion assisted me swiftly I didn't even wait more than 20 minutes while the que was full. Now i lost my R99.90 at Debonairs due to their poor services I'm soo disappointed in them.

Whoever runs hungry Lion at Sam tuli I'm impressed by your work, please keep it up, and all stuff members i know you work hard you have to be on your feet for longer hours to satisfy our need and I'm impressed with you fulfilling it. ❤️💋
