Bad service poor quality of food

Today I went to hungry lion youth day to buy my mom food as I was served and was told to wait for my order as usual.I stood at the counter and was disgusted how this shop was run the manager was at the back waiting looking around half asleep as staff was shouting around in panic over chicken that was in the fryer still as 5 staff members standing around in tje kitchen waited on the chicken the shop was just getting more packed .they served people but had no chicken done yet .After 30 mins of waiting.they started making parcels up and helped people that came after me even.i stood there so upset waiting as they ignored me .and when I asked for my food she kept helping people who came 10 mins after me as they left i got my meal .and yo no suprise it was pathetic two pieces of chicken.and 8chips yes i counted them it was appalling.I asked the.manager why it looked to putrid and she said.thats the standard amount.I was absolutely in shock and walked away as another customers had an argument with another staff member .this shop was closed for revamping for months and it's been open for over a week and already they showing poor customer service and business skills .They should have stayed closed
