Bad service from Hungry Lion

I placed an order this morning and was told the wait would be 20minutes. I had no problem with this. I arrived back at the shop 20 minutes later and was told my order had not been started yet but there will be an 8 minute wait. After said 8 minutes i was told to wait anither 6 minutes. I then objected and asked for a refund as my time was being wasted. The manager told me that they cannot refund card transactions. While I was talking to him he just turned his back on me and walked of. When he cane back I asked him about this attitide of his and he said he had to make a phone call. I was then informed that my order in the meantime was ready. I said ok i will take the food only to hear that Im getting my money back as the order in fact was not ready. I used to be a regular at Hungry Lion but this experience really left a bad taste.
