BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE at Hungry Lion Avonwood Square

I had very BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE at Hungry Lion Avonwood Square. The staff very unprofessional and not customer orientated. I stood in a long queue only to discover when it was my turn to order that they no longer have buns/rolls for the Burgers. Not even an apology or asking if i would like to order something else. They just carry on as normal. I asked them why don't they announce before the client order or walk into the store before they queue. I received and ugly look.
