BAD SERVICE!!!
On the 1st of feb 2025 @ 16:39, I purchased 2 sundae's at Hungry Lion Bayside Mall. I waited an entire 20 minutes, the machine was not working and could not make ice creams. I asked for a refund and they simply refused. While more other customers were waiting and getting impatient. @ 17:03, I left the store and went to KFC instead. Where I got instant service and paid less. I am currently walking with a slip that I paid for but got no service rendered.
