bad service/ bad taste

I have unsatisfactory service in Jabulani Mall store I wanted to buy variety combo of R99.00 but the lady that serviced us made us the incorrect order and I advise her that I want to change the order she said we should wait for another client who will but the same thing that was order incorrectly she took our time I ended up saying that she must give us the incorrect order so that we can go. To my surprise that order didn't even taste nice
