Bad service and unprofessional manager

I was at the Somerset West branch on Wednesday the 7th of August 2024.I bought a dipped icecream and pain with a R50 note and waited for my change and the cashier said to me a will wait as she has no coins in her cash register and I decided to enjoythe ice cream while I wait for my change. After I finished my treat and approach the cashier for my change, she just told me to wait as she dont have coins and it was about a half and hour later.I waited another 10 minutes and requested to speak with the manager. He eventually arrived and I explained to him my predicament and he just gave me a blunt stare and vaguely apologized and gave me my change and looked annoyed that I was still standing there.He did not speak to the cashier for her unprofessional behaviour. His conduct was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful toward me. I do not wish to support that particular establishment in the foreseeable future as it's the first time that I was treated so bad as I am a long term customer of Hungry Lion
