Bad service!!

I wish to express my frustration about Hungry Lion Paarl Lady Grey. I went to go get takeaway today. My son wanted to use their bathroom,so I've ask the lady who assisted us if he could use the bathroom. She looked at me and simply answered "No". So I've asked for the manager Nadia andshe referred me to the security,cause they allow clients to use their bathroom. The security was nowhere to be found at the time.

So i went to Shoprite Lady Grey and ask the cashier,i was referred to different people just to ask if he could use the bathroom. Eventually the manager gave the go ahead. I was so frustrated at the Time.

We good enough to support ur businesses but not good enough to use ur bathroom? What if it was an aldery person /pregnant woman would u still refused them to use the bathroom?

So i went back to Hungy Lion to get my order,just for them to not even inform me. But to talked amongst one another,saying that the order was given to someone else. And is not as if the shop was busy,cause there was only 2 pple busy eating. So i had to wait again.

Im really disappointed in their service today. Their ways of communicating is really bad. And to refuse someone to use their bathroom!! Its really disappointing
