Bad service

I ordered today at Somerset west mall branch around 19:14 to be exact i was order number 2814 i had 2 tripple big boss meals en 2 munch meals which come to about 270 ... First and for most i waited for 45 min after there was not many customers. The manager on the other had was having the time of her life while she was catching up with old friends as she keeps telling me that the food will be ready in 5 and went on like that for 15 min when i finally got my order after a long wait the girl that gave me my food told that they over charged me for my 2 tripple big boss meals i paid R180 but it was supposed to be R150 i than left and said i dont care i just want my food as i am hungry and got a family at home waiting to eat ... I am not very pleased with this kind of service as i am a paying customer and always buys at hungry lion but never complained for bad service or food with other previous occasions at different branches ... I never even got a sorry from manager or staff
