Bad service

I ordered my meal and asked to have a 2 litre fanta g**** added. I have confirmed the cooldrink with her more than once. She then asked if i want a jive and i told her twice more that i want fanta. Upon receiving my slip i saw that she put a jive as part of the order. The manager then had to reverse the order because of the mistake. Then we waited for our meal. We waited 20 minutes and people who were helped after us had left already. I noticed that all the while a order was standing on the shelf. After a while we asked where our order was and kaylin looked in the packet and confirmed it wad our order. She then **** to the manager telling her she had callled out the number but in actual fact was standing around chatting to a colleague. I was made out to be a **** when she did not even touch the order before we asked. She did not apologize. Please train kaylin to better her listening skills and customer service skills because it it is quite pathetic. I feel like i wasted my time and money because i has an appointment where i had to be
