Bad service

On the 30th August 2022 at Hungry Lion in Goodwood mall, went there to buy Tuesday special,their service is very bad. I bought 8 Big bite two Tuesday special and left the store while they are busy with my order went to do some other staff in other stores. I went there to pick up my order and my order was not ready and asked the cashier who assisted me she gave me an attitude rolling her eye's and said to me I don't know where is your order or you want me to call the manager? And I said to her yes please call the manager, the manager came and I explained to her, the manager asked the cashier to apologize to me for the bad service and the cashier told her she won't do that it's not fair for her she did nothing wrong, I spend there 30 minutes due to my order was wrong and I was on duty at that time I was on lunch. Their service is very bad I will never go there again. They need customer service skills 😔
