Bad service

I bought chicken fingers at Khayelitsha around 11:15 I waited for them 1hr 30 minute when I kept asking about my order no knew about it.They cashiers said maybe my order was put inside another customer order by mistake.But still no one was willing to take responsibility. When I wanted refund they told me to wait for cashier who helped me that was on lunch.One lady came after I insisted that I want my money back she told me to wait still.I’m so disappointed with the attitude the cashier have they made a mistake but no one is willing to take responsibility.
