Bad Quality

Good day Had a relaxing day yesterday and opt to order from our favorite take out. Was really surprised with the delivery time seeing that it was busier than usual. Well on opening the meal I was disgusted with the meal let alone the chips ( 6 packets) it was drenched in oil and partly filled. This can only happen if you reheat it and use old oil.The chicken was dry and small. This was totally a set off and embarrassing moment as we had guest. Please guys up you game as this gives other branches a bad name and make sure your staff take pride in there work.
