BAD PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

I wish these was an option of giving no star for the Welkom branch of Hungry lion.

very bad management , I have visited the branch several times now , on the website and on the window the traiding hours state that they are open for bussiness from 08:00 until 18:00 But that is a big fat lie , everytime I go there in the morning around 09:00 they are still closed and tell me that they are still prepairing the food and will be open at 09:30 , how in this world is that acceptable , they dont stay open an hour and half later because of poor planning and managing in the morning.

everyone needs to be at work on time and be open for bussiness on time we plan our day now how can a company that can be successfull not plan to be open on time , then it cost be extra money because I have to go buy something somewhere else that is more expensive and extra petrol to drive to another place and make me late for work , this is not acceptable , I would expect nothing less than a proper explination from Hungry lion , how do you run a bussiness like this
