Bad on you hungry lion

Normally have good experiences qith hungry lion but today was not great. My son ordered a big boss with two chicken fillets original. He paid R47 like and when he got his burger he got following. it end up being on a big boss bun but two dixi burger patties on it and spicy too. Happened at the George one in shoprite
