Bad food , Incorrect order and terrible customer service

We bought Hungry Lion on Saturday 29 November at Baywest Mall Port Elizabeth and this is not the first time their food is dissapointing not even to mention the service We ordered and paid for 2 x Big bite 3's each box only contained 2 pieces of chicken and the chicken was burnt also ordered 2 x double munch burgers which also fillets was burnt and had no sauce on them. I did send a complain on Hungry Lion's website and have included photos as well. They did not even have the decency to contact me. This is a disgrace and very dissapointing. They won't be seeing me anytime soon again.
