Bad food from Hungry Lion

I bought a family feast meal on Friday at N1 City branch. The chicken was off and smelled bad. There was a fly in bedded in one of the bread loaves, my cousin ate almost half of it and had the crispy fly in his mouth. They replaced the chicken but no apology or any of the sides that came with the meal. I won't support them anymore because this is disgusting.
