bad experience

On Tuesday I took my mom to one of your branches in Town Centre, Mitchell's Plains for her birthday, as Hungry Lion is her favorite fried chicken spot. We were so disgusted, the chicken was oily and soggy, there were beggers disturbing nog only us but other patrons at our tables while we were eating and no one did anything about it. Three of them came to our table, making us feel unsafe, disturbed and very uncomfortable. That was a very bad experience, my mom instantly regretted asking me to take her to HL on her special day. We have had so many bad experiences at HL in the past but because we love your food especially the Big Boss burgers and your chicken is amazing we still support you but never again. I will take my money somewhere else my mom will just have to get a new favorite chicken spot.
