BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! HUNGRY LION ( LONG STREET) CPT

My colleagues and I went to the new hungry Lion in Long street Cape Town, we got the mos horrible service!! Upon arrival thr were already customers in the store, my colleague went to the front to place our orders, by then all the staff at hungry Lion was standing behind the tills, not one of them paying any attention to "us, the customers" my colleague then asked what's happening? Is no-one going to help us?? A response from 1 of the ladies " we busy off loading the truck" after which my colleague asked is everyone off loading the truck?? And they all said yes, which she then said was very unprofessional as to the business jus opened, the doors to the store are also open and besides us thr was other customers as well, only for the manager to also rudely tell us to get out of his store!! Not forgetting the rude guy from the truck as well!! Only after all this a guy said they open at 10!! Thr was chicken ready for service! Thr was no-one at the door stating that the store only opens at 10!!!
