Bad customer service from Johannesburg Bridge Center hungry lion

Yesterday I went to Johannesburg Bridge Center hungry lion, when I got there I asked for wings and I was told that they are finished for the day. I then bought meat few minutes after the wings were at the counter. Then I asked to change my order for wings, I was told by the manager Azande that I can't do that it's not allowed and that she called the head office for my query, they told her that it's my choice to buy what I bought it's not their problem. So left the store with the receipt and my order, because I couldn't understand why was I not assisted. Tried to reach out to the hungry lion head office, I haven't got a response from them.
