Bad customer service from Hungry Lion Long Street cpt

Hi I was at the Hungry Lion that opened recently in Long Street CPT. I was so excited and looking forward to getting my meal because I heard they have a opening special. On my arrival door open, customers in the store having a seat. I assumed they waiting for their order. Off to the teller I go to place my order as I'm about to place my order I get told they not serving customers at the moment because they busy off loading a truck and needs to unpack the stock. As I'm Soo surprised and stunned I ask is every1 helping to off load and unpack the truck while the store and the doors is open. The rude behavior I got from the staff and manger was unavailable for a new store to be treating customers this way is unbelievable. I'm so not satisfied with this behavior because I wasted my time and effort by walking in my lunch time to get to the store and be treated like this. The manager with no managerial skills chasing everyone out of the store because they not going to open now. Hole and behold even the truck driver was disrespectful
